President – RICHARD NELLIS
Rich was elected to the executive board in 2012. Prior to being elected, Rich has been involved with the Staten Island Soccer League as a coach since 2006 and was the Director of the Petrides Soccer Club from 2009 through Fall of 2013. Rich also serves as the SIYSL Tournament Director. In addition to coaching youth soccer, Rich has over twenty years of experience in coaching at both the high school and collegiate level in various sports. Currently, he holds an F license and is the owner and programs director for Legends Sports of NY Inc., which specializes in coaching education, player development, and parent awareness programs for various sports. Rich is now dedicating his time to coaching soccer and basketball at his home parish of St. Teresa’s and is also currently a referee in the Staten Island Soccer Referee Association.

1st Vice President – Diana DiLeo
Diana DiLeo joined the board in 2021 as the 4th Vice President. Her main responsibilities include being a member of the Oakwood Field Committee, scheduling, coaches passes, roster approvals and special events. Diana is a long time member of the Staten Island soccer community having played rec with St. Charles, travel with Staten Island United and also was a ref. Now you can find her coaching her kids’ teams for OLQP or at the clinic and festival play on Saturday mornings. When she is not on the field or at the club house, Diana works full time in NYC as the head of U.S. sales operations for VanEck.

IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT – Robert Libertelli
Robert presently as President and as a Vice President on the Executive Board as well as having served in various positions since 2008. In addition to his executive board duties, Rob has served on the Sports Committee of the Academy of St. Dorothy since 2002 and is the former Director of the Our Lady Star of the Seas Soccer Program (2008-2009), He is a grade 8 Referee since 2006 and is an E Licensed assistant coach of two SI United travel teams.
